The Rebel Chicken

Description
The Jewellery Quarter's dining scene just got a whole lot hotter, courtesy of The Rebel Chicken.
Aiming to supply Birmingham with top-notch rotisserie chicken and a substantial collection of beer. The vibe is refreshingly casual, as
Decked out with two floors of stripped-back interiors, the restaurant specialises in top-notch rotisserie chicken and tasty beers. It also touts an outdoor garden blasting live music and reggae tunes. With a food menu curated by the brains behind Northampton's The Smoke Pit, a carefully appointed charcoal sommelier and a specially built char pit, no detail is too small.
You better believe that a lot of love has gone into the chicken here. Each bird is soaked in a tangy marinade overnight and exposed to maximum moisture, then fired up by a combination of Cuban charcoal and sweet cherry wood logs. Go for a quarter, half, or whole, and don't skimp on the sides or sauces. You pair with sauces from aioli to BBQ sauce and try copious amounts of the much talked about apple juice marinated coleslaw. Drinks come in the form of gin, wine and rum-based cocktails.
