Description
Following on from the success of the 64 Degrees pop-up, Michael Bremner took to more solid ground in Brighton for this restaurant in The Lanes, adapting a dated coffee shop into a new and exciting social dinner venture.
Stripping back the interiors much like the spine of its menu 64 Degrees may be a small restaurant in Brighton at just a 24 cover, but its social seating and dinner benches make for more of a bustling family dinner than cold hearted diner. From low hanging lamps and brushed steel surfaces to lightly stained wooden walls, its urban yet contemporary at 64 Degrees where diners can even seat themselves by the bar and watch the kitchen masterminds at work.
Whilst all your classic tipples are here to be indulged in from wine to beer, it's the social dining at 64 Degrees that has people talking. Throwing out traditional three course dining and opting for small sharer plates of gastronomic proportions, culinary adventures such as kimchi chicken wings and cauliflower bhaji's are sharer plates that will set you back from as little as £5; 64 Degrees is like tapas style dining on an international scale
