Description

Chai Ki at Crossrail Place in Canary Wharf is a formal yet contemporary setting, offering modern experimental cooking from across the Indian sub-continent. The drinks range features craft and in-house-infused beers, a carefully selected Wine list and seasonal signature cocktails.

The overall design fuses industrial brickwork, ducting and dark wood flooring with soft leather furnishings and bright fabrics. High ceilings and large windows stretch the length of the room, filling the space with natural daylight. In the evening, the pendant lighting is dimmed to create an elegant environment in which to dine.

Bookings are available online, with walk-ins still welcome but subject to availability.
Open seven days a week with great transport links, this venue has private areas available to hire, making it the perfect place for any celebration.

The Mezzanine Deck overlooks the front dining area, so offers privacy whilst still allowing the vibrant atmosphere to be felt from the bar below. This space can accommodate up to 20 on one central table for a seated meal or up to 25 people for a standing reception. Perfect for meetings, working lunches and evening celebrations.

The private 'Curtain Area' is found at the far end of our restaurant and is enclosed by a full length vibrant orange curtain, providing an intimate and exclusive space which can seat up to 30 people for a meal across two parallel tables.

A long banquette sofa runs across the width of the space and tables can be configured to suite the group size. Great for celebratory lunches and dinners alike.
Restaurant Private Hire Venue Hire 90 110 - - -

The dining area to the back of the building can be hired privately for up to 90 guests for a seated meal or 110 for a standing reception.

This flexible space is perfect for a variety of events from private dining, Christmas parties, cocktail receptions, daytime meetings and launches. Seating configurations and floor layouts can be adjusted as needed, with a small temporary bar added and excess furniture removed when necessary. Guests also benefit from access to the Waterside Terrace when booking this room privately (weather permitting).  

Set “feasting” menus are popular for groups to share but bespoke menus can be created. Canapes and bowl food selections are also available on request.
