Duke's Brew & Que

Description
Perched comfortably on the corner of De Beauvoir Town, steps away from the Kingsland Road and Haggerston station; Duke's Brew & Que is an American style bar that comes up absolute trumps when it comes to hosting a BBQ. Occupying a converted pub, Duke's is full to brim with reclaimed wood and exposed brick; the interior boasts a quirky selection of furnishings, to include an oversized pram and deer antlers attached to the walls - in true US style.
But the food? This is the real deal: expect no-frills smoked and barbecued meat dishes (cooked to perfection, might we add), alongside an impressive selection of sides. They open at 11am on Saturday and Sunday mornings to serve their famous American brunch, ideal for restoring a bit of ballast after a heavy night. If you find yourself at Duke's later on into the evening, you're in just the right place to sample their extensive selection of beers, the majority of which have been sourced from local breweries, as well as those from independent breweries in the US. If beers aren't your thing, then be sure to order one of their expertly crafted and reasonably priced cocktails.
Ideal for a bite to eat throughout the day, or even to get boozy before a big night out, Duke's Brew & Que is always a popular choice.
