The second floor of Baku is home to Spirit Level. This cocktail bar has a blend of East meets West decor comprising of traditional Azerbaijan paintings, cultural artistic book displays and funky classical lounge surrounding. The drinks menu is based on a whole host of classical influences including pre and post prohibition, modern techniques and variations on popular creations as well as signature and experimental infusions.
