James Hopkins, co-owner gave us this exclusive insight into the new The London Cocktail Club - "Expect the same level of incredible cocktails and innovative food as well as the party time, anything goes atmosphere we have at The London Cocktail Club Goodge Street but Shaftesbury Avenue is taking on a different style. Here we are going to look back to our naval past and play on the design of naval tattoos and the pin up girls that they so adored. Think Popeye meets the discovery of the Virgin Islands meets the captains luxe office. At London Cocktail Club Goodge Street we are a Gin Palace, here it is all going to be about the Rum. Oh and you won't be able to miss out on our entrance as we will have a 2 metre neon tattoo parlour-esque sign to greet you! We have also drafted in top global tattoo artists to help create inspiration and artwork for our facade and walls. It won't be gimicky in any way shape or form, just a really interesting, intricate, cool, basement bar where you can come and enjoy fine drinks, fine food and a bloody good atmosphere."
