Description
The Bull, in Highgate, North London is dedicated to their beer, so much so that when regenerating the space owner, Dan Fox, added a microbrewery especially for the pub. This has successfully served up beery seasonal treats including a pumpkin beer at Halloween, and a Christmas ale made of mince pies and brandy!
Their food menu is also extensive and each dish is full of hearty English influence, staff are eager to advise on a beer that will best compliment its flavours and customers are encouraged to give their feedback straight to the chef at the open kitchen window. The interior has a clean cut pub feel, with wooden floors, fireplace and some comfy corners.
Attracting both young proffessionals enjoying a pint after work and older local residents The Bull offers a chilled atmosphere for those wanting to catch up with friends, but there is also oppourtunity to take make new ones at their knitting society (Tuesdays 7pm), or to get competitive at the pub quiz (Mondays).
