The historical Swan pub in Wimbledon is a haven for those looking to enjoy a relaxed tipple in traditional surroundings. The building quaintly rests just off the beaten path near Wimbledon Common and is decorated typically throughout with its aged wooden furniture and classic pub carpet.
Outside the beer garden is charming not just for its décor but also owing to the large television that shows all of the big sports events throughout the year whether you're into football rugby or indeed if you couldn't get tickets to the tennis.
It's clearly popular with the locals too who help create a friendly atmosphere while you can enjoy a pub lunch menu that features treats such as the juicy Rump-Steak Burger, this you can wash down with a pint of the Swan's finest ales or a tall glass of Pimms in the summer-time.
