Finishing off the series, it's En Avant Ballet, founded by Royal Ballet trained dancer and teacher, Karis Scarlette. En Avant Ballet's mission is to pass on the joy of ballet through adult group classes, a highly focused and empowering form of dance that benefits your whole body and well being.
From posture and flexibility to muscle strength and co-ordination, this classical ballet and barre class will enhance your physique, keep your mind stimulated and build self-confidence!
