Moretti Gran Tour London (Thursday 16th July - Saturday 18th July)

1. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 These terms and conditions of sale (“Terms”) will apply to any purchase by you of any of the tickets for the Moretti Gran Tour 2015 listed on the website moretti-gran-tour.designmynight.com (“Website”) (“Tickets”).
1.2 These Terms will apply in addition to our Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use available at http://www.heineken.com/gb/disclaimer.aspx. Please take the time to read these.
1.3 Please note that before placing a purchase order on the Website you will be asked to agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you will not be able to order any Tickets from the Website.
1.4 We advise you to print a copy of these Terms or to save them on your computer for future reference.
2. LEGAL DRINKING AGE
2.1 Products containing alcohol can only be consumer by persons who satisfy the minimum legal age requirement of 18 years old. As such, the purchaser and recipient of Tickets ordered on the Website must be 18 years old or over.
2.2 We have a number of age verification and control checks throughout the purchase process to ensure we are meeting our legal requirements and we reserve the right to decline or cancel your order at any time if we have reason to believe you or the recipient of the Tickets do not satisfy the minimum legal age requirement.
3. INFORMATION ABOUT US
3.1 We are Heineken UK Limited, a company registered in Scotland under company number SC065527 and with our registered office at 3-4 Broadway Park, South Gyle Broadway, Edinburgh EH12 9JZ. Our VAT number is 268644912. Any references to ‘our’, ‘we’ or ‘us’ is to Heineken UK Limited.

4. OUR TICKETS
4.1 Tickets can only be ordered if you have provided your details to us. In accepting these Terms, you agree to provide us with truthful and accurate information about you.
4.2 Tickets are for the Moretti Gran Tour which takes place at Summerhall, Edinburgh, EH9 1PL from 9 to 12 July 2015 (inclusive), Space Studios, 129-131 Mare Street, Hackney, London, E8 3RH from 16 July to 19 July 2015 (inclusive) & Leeds Town Hall, The Headrow, Leeds, LS7 3AD from 30 July to 2 August (inclusive). Each tickets permits the holder guaranteed entry for their selected date at the venue, 2 x 330ml cans BIRRA MORETTI or 2 soft drinks of your choice, 2 x dishes of your choice and 1 gelato. Approximate face value of ticket is £14.
4.3 We take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices quoted in respect of the Tickets on the Website are correct and accurate when the relevant information is entered into the system. While we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information on the Website relating to the Tickets may not be correct at the moment you place your order. We will rectify any such errors as soon as possible from when we become aware of them.
4.4 All prices and charges on the Website are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.
4.5 No delivery charges may be added to your order. Purchaser will be required to print out own on-line ticket. You will be charged a booking fee via the booking agent of £1 per order.
4.6 All Tickets shown on our Website are subject to availability. Please note we may limit quantities of Tickets supplied to you if, in our reasonable opinion, the quantity of Tickets ordered jeopardises availability for other customers.
5. PLACING AN ORDER AND ACCEPTANCE
5.1 Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process.
5.2 When placing an order you will be asked to confirm you have read and accept these Terms. If you have any questions regarding these Terms, please Contact Us before placing an order.
5.3 Once you are happy your order is correct, you can submit your order by clicking on the ‘Buy Now’ button and selecting ‘Submit’ on the ‘Payment Options’ page. By selecting this button you accept that you are under an obligation to pay, and that orders are unable to be amended from this point.
5.4 You will then receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your placed order (“Confirmation Message”). The Confirmation Message will include details about your order, including the Tickets and prices, as well as key terms of your order. You should store and/or print this e-mail for your records. If you do not receive a Confirmation Message within one working day of placing your order please Contact Us.
5.5 Please note that placement of an order by you on the Website is an offer to buy the relevant Tickets from us, and is subject to our acceptance. Acceptance of your order, and formation of a contract between you and us, will only take place when we have received payment and you have received a Confirmation Message. We are under a legal duty to supply the Tickets to you in accordance with the contract.
5.6 We reserve the right to cancel your order if the Tickets are unavailable, payment has not been duly received or we have reason to believe you do not meet the minimum legal age requirement for placing or receiving an order.
5.7 If your order is cancelled we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and will refund any amount paid by you for such Tickets as soon as possible, but ultimately within 14 days of cancellation.
5.8 If we are unable to fulfil your order because the Tickets are unavailable, we may contact you via e-mail notify you.
6. PRICE AND PAYMENT
6.1 The prices for the Tickets will be £10 per ticket. Plus a £1 booking fee per order.
6.2 You can only pay for Tickets using the credit or debit cards as indicated on the 'Payment Options' page on the Website. We do not accept any other method of payment.
6.3 All payment orders are processed via a payment service provider. The general conditions of the payment service provider are applicable to any such payment orders.
6.4 By using a credit/debit card to pay for your order, you confirm that the card being used is yours. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment to us, we cannot accept your order and will not be liable for any consequent delay or non-delivery.
7. DELIVERY INFORMATION
7.1 Tickets must be printed by you following receipt of the Confirmation Message.
7.2 We aim to fulfil your order within 24hrs, unless we have notified you otherwise.
7.3 Orders must be placed before midnight on 8 July 2015 for Edinburgh bookings, 15 July 2015 for London bookings and 29 July 2015 for Leeds bookings.

8. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
8.1 If you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not wish to the Tickets, you have the right to:
(a) withdraw your order at any time until acceptance by us; or
(b) cancel your contract with us.
8.2 Your right of cancellation starts from the date that we send you the Confirmation Message and expires 14 days from receipt of the Confirmation Message (“Cancellation Period”).
8.3 To cancel a contract, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. The easiest way to do this is to email us at Moretti@agencyspace.co.uk. If you use this method, we will usually send you an e-mail to confirm we have received your cancellation.
8.4 You can also inform us by sending a letter addressed to The Moretti Gran Tour, Agency Space, Queens House, 55-56 Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London, WC2A 3LJ.
Please ensure you include details of your order to help us identify it, as well as listing the Tickets you wish to cancel.
8.5 Your cancellation will be effective from the date on which you have sent communication to us informing us that you wish to cancel. Please make sure you have provided such communication before the Cancellation Period expires.
8.6 Once we have received your notification of cancellation, we will contact you to confirm cancellation of the Tickets. You will not be charged for this service.
8.7 If you cancel your contract, we will refund you the price you paid for the Tickets and any applicable booking fee paid by you to receive your order .
8.8 We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation or withdrawal to us. We will make any reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
8.9 Any cancelled Tickets cannot be used at the event.
9. PROBLEMS
9.1 For general enquiries, if you are having problems with your Tickets, or you think there may be a fault, please email us at Morett@agencyspace.co.uk.
10. LIABILITY
10.1 Other than as set out elsewhere in these Terms, our maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of Tickets to you shall be limited to an amount equal to the price paid for the Tickets in respect of the relevant order.
11. ASSIGNMENT
11.1 We may transfer any of our rights or obligations under the Terms or a contract with you to any one of our group companies from time to time.
12. GOVERNING LAW
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
