It's May, and that means that Australian Cocktail Month is back with some lip-smacking concoctions. After making a great impact on the hospitality industry following lockdown in 2021 (erm, goodbye quarantini), this fun-packed event will be running this year to support bars, spirit makers and, of course, mixologists across the country.
For $20, you'll be able to gain access to a specially curated cocktail menu at 145 hand-chosen venues from Adelaide to Perth. These bevvies will also all be priced at a budget-friendly $14, with low and non-alcoholic options at $10.
So, what watering holes are taking part? You can expect a couple of our favourites, including Brisbane's slickest Savile Row, who will be whipping up cherry bombs for thirsty revellers, made from Patron Reposado tequila and Fever-Tree ginger beer. Or, head to jazz den Molly in Canberra, as they'll be serving a booze-free take on their signature espresso martini. Count us in.
Australian Cocktail Month will be running until Tuesday 31st of May across the country. In the mood for more? Check out our top picks of hot tickets and events in the city, or sign up for our future newsletter here and be the first to know about Australia's openings.
