Talk about California dreamin'... This new Belfast restaurant is channelling LA eateries from its home in the Cathedral Quarter. The brainchild of Emma Bricknell, whose previous ventures include Made In Belfast, Prawnagraphic is serving a unique brand of sexy seafood with proper American vibes.
When it comes to the menu? Signature dishes include the spicy tuna tartare on toast, prawn po' boy with spiced pickle and lobster rolls with sauerkraut and sour cream. These can be enjoyed with mouthwatering sides such as the buffalo padron peppers and kimchi fries. There's also a selection of vegan desserts if you're looking to satisfy your sweet tooth, as well as dedicated brunch plates for weekend feasting.
If all of that makes you thirsty, Prawnagraphic has a selection of signature cocktails that shouldn't be missed. Check out the blood orange-laced Shrimply The Best or reinvented classic Mamma Loves Mango Margarita. Of course, the interiors are just as Insta-worthy as the menu; expect to find a chic peach colour scheme and beachy touches that'll transport you to the USA's sun-soaked West Coast.
