What they say:
A private members lounge at the top of one of London's most iconic buildings and a Champagne Bar in St Pancras? Exclusive London dining connoisseurs Searcys have now taken to Birmingham's REP Theatre for their next cosmopolitan adventure. Set to turn Centenary Bar and Brasserie into an indulgent drinking and dining experience in the heart of the city; Searcys promise gourmet dishes and a luxurious terrace drinking area overlooking Birmingham's iconic Centenary Square this September 3rd.
What we say:
From what we know of Searcys ventures in London, from the Gherkin private lounge to the St Pancras Champagne Bar, this could be a pretty monumental movement for metropolitan bars in the city. Boasting such a big name in their midst can only mean great things for Centenary Bar and Brasserie who promise us an even deeper dabble in great British drinking and dining. And what with a scenic terrace drinking area overlooking Centenary Square? We think we could really savour some more spots for al fresco drinks in Birmingham.
