Cathedral Square is about to get a whole lot livelier with the addition of Birmingham's first all-day juice and gin bar. Boasting a selection of over 350 gins, with flavours ranging from candyfloss to Seville marmalade, we may just have found your new go-to girls night destination.
Thinking of ordering Gordons with ice and a slice? Think again. Gin & Juice are looking to raise Birmingham's G&T stakes with a huge range of cocktails and twists - opt for the Gin Mare and find your bog-standard seriously upgraded with basil, rosemary and nocellera olives, all washed down with a Mediterranian tonic, fancy.
This shiny new bar and eatery will be opening from early morning to even earlier the next morning, serving up a selection of healthy brunches and juices, and swapping avocados for aperitifs as dusk falls. The team show no signs of sloeing down, having already earnt themselves quite the reputation in Cardiff and Cheltenham, successfully wooing locals with their signature serves and encyclopedic knowledge of all thing gin.
Although details are still pretty sparse, it’s looking like the venue will also play host regular live music nights, and have late opening hours for special occasions, did someone say gin-fuelled New Year's Eve lock-in?
Hearty brunch dishes, tonnes of live music and more cocktails than you can shake a stick at? We ima-gin this place is going to be pretty special...
