What they say:
Having dominated the cocktail and party scene in a number of UK cities, the Revolucion De Cuba family bring their free spirit and burning passion for rum cocktails to Birmingham. The group will be opening their 13th venue on Temple Street and will be hoping to recapture the same South American flair that's made their other venues so successful. The venue will specialise in rum-based cocktails and promises to plate up traditional recipes from across the South American continent. If that wasn't enough, the venue will show off its passion for the art of mixology by offering fun cocktail masterclasses for the city's more adventurous revellers.
What we say:
The opening of a new Revolucion De Cuba is always a big deal as it's one of those rare place where you know exactly what to expect; the cocktails are always well made, the dishes produced by the chefs are full of flavour and the frivolous vibes of the bar are infectious. Birmingham is no slouch in the cocktail department and is home to a number of quirky, well-established cocktail dens already. But the great happy hour deals and regular masterclasses are certain to place Revolucion De Cuba amoungst the best.
