1) This ticket entitles the ticket holder to a single entrance before 11 P.M, if you arrive after 11 P.M you will incur a surcharge. 2) Only guests with table reservations are entitled to a queue jump provided it is cleared with the event manager prior to the event. 3) This is an Over 18’s event & all Guests entering the Venue must have valid scannable I.D | Passport, Driving License or Government issued I.D. All I.D’s will be scanned. No I.D = No Entry. 4) Dress code is Smart – Hats, hoodies & sportswear are not allowed. Designer trainers are accepted. 5) All Bags will be searched before entering the venue & all patrons are subject to pat downs, pocket checks and security screening at the door. 6) No Chewing gum is permitted inside the venue & will be confiscated if found. 7) Security have final say at the door – No large male groups or single entry males will be allowed to enter the venue. Arrival in mixed gender groups only. 8) Security retain the right to refuse entry to the venue due to incorrect gender balance. 9) Management & security reserve the right to refuse entry at the door. 10) Entertainment and acts may be subject to change 11) Last entrance is 1 A.M | Table Entry by 11 P.M. 12) For security reasons all guests must check in coats and bags. 13) Refunds will not be issued if the ticket holder is refused admission for failure to adhere to the venues entrance guidelines 14) If the venue reaches capacity before midnight this ticket is not valid and security have the right to refuse entry.

On arrival at the venue, please bring your e-mail confirmation, the card used to purchase the tickets and ID (passport, driving license or any GOV-approved ID) as this is an 18+ only event. Once you reach the front of the queue your information will be checked off by the door host for entrance to the venue. 5. The ticket holder must adhere to the venues entrance guidelines (Over 18s | Dress code: Smart no sportswear allowed | Smart designer trainers allowed | NO Intoxication | Gender Balance ) Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in refusal of admission, this is at the door staff & security team’s discretion. 6. Entertainment and acts may be subject to change. 7. Refunds will not be issued if the ticket holder is refused admission for failure to adhere to the venues entrance guidelines. 8. Refunds will only be issues should the event be cancelled. 9. Last entrance to the venue is 1 am. 10. If the venue reaches capacity before midnight the ticket is not valid and security have the right to refuse entry. 11. The venue has a tight policy on a large group of guys attending venue we recommend to arrive in mixed group security have the right to refuse.​12. This ticket entitles the ticket holder to a single entrance & 1x drink vouchers which entitle guest to a bottle of house beer or single house spirit and house mixer. If you arrive after 12 am you will forfeit your drinks voucher and you may incur a surcharge.
