Description
Bonehead is a gourmet fried chicken restaurant and craft beer joint in Birmingham City Centre.
Forget what you know about fried chicken before entering here. The menu is curated with the help of foodie Lap-fai Lee, boasting a selection of chicken ‘nothing like Birmingham has seen before’ and coming as both their own special fried chicken recipe, or in hot. Expect dishes like buttermilk fried chicken, wings, and burgers like the Hothead, including Nashville hot chicken thigh, lettuce, sweet pickles and comeback sauce.
The venue is split between the main 32-cover restaurant upstairs, and an industrial-style bar downstairs. They’ll still serve food here, but the focus will be on their drinks selection, with a wide range of craft beers from big names like Beavertown to local guest brewers. There will also be a selection of cocktails and spirits too.
