2 reviews - Cocktail Bar
Description
The third branch from the illustrious Tattu brand, this Chinese-inspired restaurant follows suit with its sister sites in Leeds and Manchester to serve delicious food and stunning cocktails in a gorgeously decorated venue. Housed in the basement boiler room of Colmore Row's Grade II* listed Grand Hotel, this cool and quirky cocktail spot joins the ranks of The Alchemist, already stationed in the hotel, along with a number of other eating, drinking and retail outlets.
The kitchen of this 5,000 square foot venue specialises modern Chinese cuisine. Think beef fillet with caramel soy, shitake and asparagus, and Foie Gras gyoza. The bar too has its own twist on cocktail trends, with options such as the Quingming Sling, a spice plum sour and a ginger and mint smoke mojito.
