4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.

Disappointed. Table was not allocated to our party, even tho we had all put on our booking we were altogether so we lost 10 mins while it was sorted. Drinks menu has changed so we didn't get the one main drink we came for, (long island iced tea) and couldn't even purchase one for the birthday girl. We were only allowed two drinks (jugs or bottles) per table, and we were having to order next drinks straight away as our party spilled over into a third table and only got enough for one glass each. There was a point where we had empty glasses because no one had brought our drinks over. Also ..last orders at 4.10??? On a positive the band were good,and we did have fun, just the drinks situation very disappointing. Unfortunately I would not be recommending Luna Springs for some time to my friends -

This was the first time i'd been here and i can deffo say the last. It wasn't a very good experience. When we booked this we booked to sit as a group and when we got there had been put all separate, by the time this was sorted it was about 3:20. When we finally got to our seats we were told it was only two jugs of drinks. Are you serious, two jugs for two and a half tables. The drinks that were advertised online wasn't actually on when we got there. Then we were told at 4:15 that it was last orders, seriously we are there till 5pm, not very good in my experience. The service was very poor and slow. The band was ok when they were on stage but could have been on longer. My overall experience of this place isn't very good and abit over priced for the service and quality of food that we recieved, deffo won't be coming back
