Imagine your ten-year-old self’s dream birthday party, and then imagine it better, and you might just come close to Birmingham’s latest nightlife offering.
Set to open in Digbeth early next year, Roxy Ball Room will be an emporium of all things social gaming, with the likes of bowling, pool, ping pong, shuffleboard and beer pong all under one giant roof.
Following on from hugely popular venues in Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham and Liverpool, this new big kid wonderland will be decked out in neon lighting and UV paint - perfect for capturing all those winning moments for the ‘gram.
Got a case of the post-play munchies? Luckily, there will be a food menu made up of delicious State-side-style snacks and stone-baked pizzas. And with a cocktail menu more than worth breaking dry January for, you won’t be going thirsty either. Sips include the Ping Star Martini (the classic sip with a pineapple twist), and Baby Got Back-Spin (vodka, agave, mango, pineapple and lime), as well as a whole load of craft beers and fizz.
A break from adulting? That sounds right up our alley.
