40 St Paul's

Description

40 St Paul's is not just one of the coolest spots in Birmingham, but probably one of the best gin spots in the world, having won multiple awards since it first opened.

Find what looks like someone’s home and there’s a black door with the number 40 on it, and you’ve found the gin bar you’ve been looking for. Inside, expect black booths, dark wooden tables, a long bar filled with tonnes of gin, and only 24 seats.

They serve a carefully curated range of showstopping gin concoctions, with a bar holding 140 different kinds of gins. While gin is their main focus - each paired with a garnish and tonic that works with that specific drink - there's some incredibly well crafted cocktails alongside a small selection of wine and beer.
