Ready to tantalise your tastebuds? Situated in Newhall Square, Atelier is a brand new creative drinks studio and cocktail den by award-winning creator Robert Wood. Coming from the same brains behind bars such 18/81 and Smultronstalle, his new venue will open in September, complete with regularly changing tasting menus based on his latest inspo. Fab for the quirkiest of date nights and open three days a week, the bar draws inspiration from Japan through a minimalist design and sleek lounge.
You can book the first Atelier menu, Terroir, which runs from the 22nd of September to the 12th of November. There will be three cocktail experiences to enjoy, all of which are inspired by the British Isles. Kick back and grab a drink from the a la carte menu, or if you want something more personalised, sink 4 tipples from the GB365 menu, a concept influenced by Britain’s ever-changing seasons.
Finally for a more lush experience, the 7-course 874 Miles showcases locally-sourced ingredients in each boozy beverage. While sipping on stunning drinks, you’ll be guided by an expert team over the course of two hours. A little peckish? There will be a small list of bar snacks to wet your whistle.
