With the winter chill set to storm Birmingham like a battering ram of icky, there's a new pop up bar in Birmingham promising to bring a little Northern European warmth to our heat stricken city and its arrived in the heart of Edgbaston.
Found above the heralded Edgbaston Deli, Norjske is a brand new Scandinavian themed bar promising the 'Water of Life' (alcohol, ladies and gentleman), cosy yet minimalistic furniture and a smattering of Scandinavian style warmth that will take you to toasty pastures new. From floor to ceiling length windows, a smattering of glittered antlers, sleek lines and a location in this 1960s inspired building, Norjkse have Scandi on point.
Boasting a selection of Purity ales, champagne from Laurent Perrier and their signature spirit Aquavit, Norjske isn't just a place to visit, it's a place to drink and be merry regardless of the white winds blowing outside its doors. Birmingham has to dabble in a hearty measure of Scandinavian chic, making Norjkse a truly unique affair in the city and a must to visit this Christmas.
Starting as a pop-up until January when Norjske have promised to fully showcase their Scandinavian wares, this pop up Birmingham bar is set to be one toasty retreat in the heart of a wintry city.
