Archie's

  • Where: 8-9 Lower Temple Street, B2 4JD

Located on Lower Temple Street, you’ll find this bright pink restaurant, Birmingham's American-themed Archie's. The fabulous burger joint is based on the diner in the film 'Licence to Drive' and features fushia-coloured walls and retro decor, making this spot fab for snapping some vibrant pics.

Equally as Instagram-worthy? Their menu. This droolworthy list is filled with unique eats. We're talking hot Cheetos chicken burgers, cheesy tater tots and even milkshakes named after celebrities.

Tattu

  • Where: 18 Barwick Street, B3 2NT

If you're on the hunt for a restaurant in the city dishing out authentic Chinese cuisine, Tattu is all that and dim sum. When you first walk in, you’ll be in awe of the towering cherry blossom trees and slick décor.

With sister sites in Manchester, Edinburgh and Leeds, their menus are absolutely sublime - wagyu beef dumplings, Shanghai black cod, XO scallop skewers and more. If you’re hunting for pink sweet treats, you must try their white chocolate and cherry dessert, complete with blush-coloured candy floss.

Noel’s Bar & Restaurant

  • 22 Waterfront Walk, B1 1SN

Flaunting eye-catching floral motifs and pink seating in its private dining room, Noel’s Bar & Restaurant is one seriously pretty restaurant in the city. Perched next to the canal, it boasts riverside views which you can enjoy while tucking into fresh Mediterranean eats.

Ideal for date night destinations, the kitchen slings out plates like dry-aged Aberdeen steaks (cut by master butcher Aubrey Allen), lush lobster linguine and pan-fried tiger prawns. On the drinks front, you can expect a lovely list of wines from zinfandel rosé to classic pinot grigio – 50 shades of pink over here.

Heavenly Desserts

  • Where: Handsworth and Moseley

With two locations in Moseley and Handsworth, Heavenly Desserts are coming up trumps for their luxurious sweet treats. Decked to the nines with cherry blossom ceilings, plush armchairs and marble tabletops, the venue is great for daytime dates with your pals.

We highly recommend their iced rose and lychee martini if you fancy a pink cocktail, as well as their delicious brunch menu to satisfy those morning cravings from 10am 'til 4pm. On the menu? Think Keralan spiced beans on sourdough, bacon and egg croffles and the venue's signature chai and pecan granola.

Madeleine

  • Where: Colmore Row, B3 2BS

Dangling chandeliers? Sultry sips? Lush afternoon teas? Located at The Grand Hotel, Madeleine is the pretty pink cocktail bar in Birmingham with your name on it.

Nestle into their glam setting (think double-height windows and plush furnishings) for cocktails, mocktails and coffee, and stay fuelled throughout your visit with their excellent bar bites. If you want to splash out the cash, these folks are slinging out lobster rolls with crème fraîche.

Stripclub Streetfood

  • Where: Herbert's Yard,  49 Austin Way, B31 2QR

An unorthodox name for a burger joint but a brilliant one nonetheless, Stripclub Streetfood is the award-winning creation of Tom Hope. Since its conception in 2018, it's taken Birmingham by storm, providing us with filthy, juicy eats - smashed, smoked and smothered in cheese, just how we like it.

The luminous purple and pink truck has set up camp at Digbeth Dining Club's Herbert's Yard, where you'll be able to get your hands on Sunday specials and The Ring Of Fire AKA two smashed aged beef patties, double American cheese, smoky chipotle mayonnaise and beer-battered onion rings in a steamed seeded brioche bun.
