While it may be old news that Purity are bringing another dash of craft beer to our fair city, it's been a while since we had any solid information to smother you with. But alas, the time has come for an update and boy oh boy do we have a treat for you. Not only do Pure Bar and Kitchen promise an unadulterated selection of craft and cask tipples, Purity have teamed up with chef-patron Andreas Antona from the award winning Simpsons in Edgbaston and former M&B director Martin Hilton for an all round drinking and dining experience.
Having cultivated over £450,000 for the venture thanks to the Birmingham Post Growth Fund, this two floor bar come restaurant boasts over 4,500 sq ft (that's a lot of square feet you guys); making plenty of space for atmospheric vibes Pure Bar and Kitchen hope to creates with swathes of live music, local artwork and award winning grub. Soon to be found on Waterloo Street in the heart of the city, there are yet no plans for a launch date for this new bar in Birmingham but the men behind this craft beer mission hope for a launch between the grips of 2013/14.
