Brainchild of Carl Finn and Matthew Beck, the Soul Food Project is a unique pop-up dining experience found at some of the greatest Birmingham pubs, bars and venues around. Born in 2010, the Soul Food Project was wining and dining the likes of Bonobo and Lizzy parks at the Hare and Hounds before they moved their residency to renowned Bitters 'N' Twisted pub, The Victoria.
Now host to the 'Deep South Diner' at The Victoria since 2011, the Soul Food Project aims to further dazzle Birmingham residents with their Southern hospitality and handmade food. Boasting simple ingredients with almighty flavours, you'll find most SFP events brimming to packed with hungry Birmingham hordes after well made grub. The Soul Food Project have even extended their reach so far as to represent Birmingham club nights with their Soul Food Soundsystem club evening.
