This summer, Birmingham's The Wilderness is joining forces with boutique apartment brand Staying Cool to upgrade your socially distanced staycation in the city.
Created by chef-owner Alex Claridge, the fine dining pop-up series will offer foodie fanatics a truly unique experience. Not only will you spend the evening tucking into an incredible three-course meal, including signature plates from the 3 AA Rosette restaurant, but you'll do it from the comfort of your own private dining room in a luxury top floor apartment within the Rotunda.
Wait, so what's the skinny? Along with a night's stay in one of Staying Cool's panoramic vista-toting suites, groups of up to four will be treated to a chef's table-esque supper and wine pairings from an award-winning sommelier. Courses will also be accompanied by an interactive live video as Claridge and his team explain the various elements of each dish as you eat it. And once you've filled your boots? Simply shuffle over to your bed where you can relax and take in the stunning citywide scenery through floor to ceiling windows.
The Wilderness X Staying Cool at the Rotunda Birmingham series is taking place from 25th July until the 28th August. Tickets are priced at £300 for 2 and £600 for 4 and include a night's stay, dinner and breakfast.
