Having already launched nights in Leicester this May, with another Birmingham evening on the way, Rib Nights has been pitting two BBQ teams against one another, only for one to be crowned the ultimate pit princes and BBQ babes. Host to another two teams this May 11th at New Orleans number The Church Inn, Rib Nights have invited Andy Annat of BBQ Crackerjack and the Racks of Ruin BBQ Pit Crew to bring their BBQ wares to the table in the ultimate edible showdown. And who's the delicious decider? You, of course.

From the global grilling talents of Andy Annat who has taken his skills to over 33 countries and even hosted chow for NFL football teams, to Racks of Ruin, whose own Philip Newton has cooked alongside award winning American BBQ Chef Byron Chism, our money's on these ribs being some of the best yet. But alas, it's still all down to your final decision!
With tickets coming in at £25 per person, guests can not only expect a selection of ribs from both teams with a side of fries, slaw, a small dessert and an infamous PickleBack on arrival, pit patrons will also be treated to live magicians, cocktails, music from MANZO of Hero Records and more. Our hope? That bibs come as standard, because Rib Nights Round Four looks set to be a dry cleaners dream.
