Pop-ups, they're a fleeting pleasure, especially in Birmingham at that. Championing one of the shortest pop-up residences in city history this September, Nowhere Bar will be taking to the A3 Project Space in Digbeth for a mere two nights of unadulterated supping from the 5th as artists S Mark Gubb and Gordon Dalton wave their dive bar wand over a previously unassuming space.
Encouraging people to leave their pretensions by the door, is Nowhere Bar the place to swoon and sup? Is it the place to admire art? Is it the place to admire one another? Heck knows, but it's a dive bar and open until late. So dive right in. With only one drink option that changes nightly, Nowhere are carving themselves something of an elusive niche, only to disappear once you've had the chance to indulge. Catch Nowhere bar before it's nowhere to be found in Birmingham again. Need a few more pointers? Nowhere's clues to us were somewhat cryptic: 'rough 'n' ready with mile wide grins. The best dive bar you haven't been to (yet)'. Nowhere Bar with be open on Friday 5th from 6-late, and Saturday 6th from 3-late.
