Fresh from the runway of RuPaul's Drag Race UK, comedy crossdresser Kate Butch has written a jukebox musical based on the songs of Kate Bush kind of like if Mamma Mia! had a nervous breakdown but now she needs your help to get "BUSH!" to Broadway. Join the 'great comedian' WhatsOnStage as she runs up that hill, with stand-up comedy, live vocals, lip sync extravanganzas and more cloudbusting than you can shake a stick at. Difficult! I wanted to see this production while at the Fringe last August but couldn't schedule it in. Annoying because the reviews were brilliant. Great opportunity on Thursday March 27th to see at the Old Joint Stock, so much anticipation. The first 55 minutes were truly brilliant, the problem was that the performance was terminated abruptly because an audience member became unwell (subsequently OK thank goodness). I still don't know the ending. -

It was a very good show, the actor was fantastic. Unfortunately on the evening we went there was an incident with a member of the audience, however the venue staff acted extremely quickly and evacuated the venue. We only missed the last couple of minutes and didn't spoil our enjoyment of the show
