The Tap & Spile

Description
Generally acknowledged as the closest escape from the bright and shiny, and sometimes alarming world of Broad Street, The Tap & Spile is your Ye Olde Pub hideout.
With a canal-side view and charm that only comes from a well-established drinking hole, within its unassuming walls, The Tap & Spile is a big old, crooked house with many crooked corners and old crooked bars selling a wide selection of ales, beers and proper pub grub for very good prices. A long standing regular for the motorbike riding gentleman and ladies, The Tap & Spile is a pub that does exactly what it says on the tin.
Fridays and Saturdays are when The Tap comes alive with live music, karaoke or pop and urban classics. The Tap stays open later than most Broad Street bars and clubs, often closing past 4am. However, they are also known for providing a superb dartboard, adding a little sporting entertainment to the after-work pint.
