Description
If you spend more time than you’d like tangled up in thoughts of the past or the future, it may be time to discover The Wilderness. This exciting restaurant has settled on Warstone Lane and offers an escape to the country, where you can forget the relentless nature of city life and just enjoy being present in the moment.
The Wilderness has gone to great lengths to put together a menu featuring locally sourced ingredients and produce from their own allotment, and you can expect honest, kind and wholesome plates as a result. There’s a small bar area too, where Robert Wood (40 St. Paul’s, The Edgbaston, The Kenilworth) works with the kitchen team to craft a drinks menu that complements the flavours on the menu at that moment.
The folks behind The Wilderness are also huge coffee fans, and they’ve a full-time research barista who works with guest roasters to put together a seasonal selection of coffee that is a cut above your typical restaurant offering.
