The star of the BBC's popular Great British Menu draws on his years of expertise to offer Birmingham's food-obsessed residents a menu composed of British favourites and comfort food classics. In tandem to the city's newfound, suave aura, Tom's Kitchen will open in The Mailbox complex, based in the heart of the bustling city.
What we say:
Few details have been released about Tom's Kitchen, but that won't stop us getting excited about the place. Having worked for the likes of Pierre Koffman and Joël Robuchon, and with two Michelin stars of his own, any restaurant donning his name is bound to serve some of the most exquisute, perfectly produced food that money can buy. Keep an eye out for this spot as it climbs to the top of Birmingham's already impressive culinary scene.
