Description
NEWS: Wahaca will no longer be opening in Birmingham.
Wahaca brings Mexican market food to Temple Street in Birmingham.
The venue serves up delicious Mexican street food, from smaller plates that are ideal for sharing like tacos, taquitos and quesadillas, to bigger dishes like burritos and enchiladas. The ingredients are ethically sourced, with the Mexican ingredients supplied from co-operative farms and the tequila from small, local businesses.
Washing the Mexican food down is a series of South American favourites, including tequila and mescal, cocktails like margaritas, alongside wines and beers. For non-alcoholic drinkers, there are mocktails, as well as interesting soft drinks like hibiscus flower water or horchata.
