Taking the place of Thai Edge, Siamais has expanded on its legacy with a luxurious interior and authentic Thai chefs taking charge of the kitchen. The venue is split between a 60 cover bar and 100 cover restaurant, with each side given different entrances and being separated by a curtain. The restaurant is adorned with hanging lanterns and bespoke shelving filled with Eastern accessories, while the walls are covered with Thai-style murals.
The restaurant offers Thai and pan-Asian food with a colonial French twist, while the bar is focused on delivering delicious, experimental cocktails. Thereās over 60 on offer, served in bamboo glasses and teapots, with the mixes chosen to reflect the mysteries of Old Siam.
