Rofuto serves up sushi, yakatori, and everything Japanese 'izakaya' eating to Birmingham.

While the concept of izakaya may be casual, Rofuto is nothing short of a unique, top-of-the-line culinary experience sure to stun guests upon arrival. Boasting a 16th-floor location at the Park Regis Tower, Rofuto's setting is both contemporary and theatrical; with a 7-metre long yakatori bar and panoramic, high-rise views of the bustling Birmingham streets below.

After the initial thrill of all 360 degrees that Rofuto has to offer, the menu will continue to delight diners through the rest of the evening. Complete with six sections, dishes include everything from classic sushi and sashimi options to more avant garde Asian fare such as foie gras nashi pear Chinese truffle and sesame tuna tataki.

Though you may be fully stuffed and satisfied after dinner, stick around for some killer sake served at Rofuto's cool sibling cocktail lounge, Kurabu, and some delicious dessert, such as cardamom and coconut pana cotta with passion fruit, to fully round out your night.
