Description
Dishoom's first restaurant in the midlands, this Indian restaurant in Birmingham is bringing stunning plates of food and a few local specials to the Paradise development.
With a penchant for decadent interiors, you can expect stunning interiors and colonial decor, while the menu leans towards classic Indian cooking (think curries, daals and biriyani) alongside contemporary versions of much-loved classics, like the iconic breakfast naan roll. Wash it all down with a Dishoom IPA or wines from a huge selection.
Most excitingly though, the head chef has created some drinks and dishes that will be exclusive to Birmingham, starting with the Mutton Chaap Korma, which promises marinated chops in a rich, creamy sauce with khamiri roti. And to wash that down? Sip on the Bombay Mule which mixes whisky, ginger beer and chai spices for a fiery accompaniment.
