Holy Moly Macaroni

Description
Following on from successful stints at street food pop-ups, Holy Moly Macaroni has opened up shop in Birmingham's Grand Central shopping centre.
The mac 'n' cheese specialists have taken over a 60-cover site and decked it out in the New York style that first inspired the founders. From neon signs to a bright yellow exterior, the restaurant is an eye-catching addition to the space, minutes from other stalwarts such as Nandos.
Inspired by a trip to Harlem and the moreish soul food of the region, Birmingham chef Anthony Duff has created a homely menu of American classics. Unsurprisingly the menu specialises in mac 'n' cheese, with variations that include a cajun chicken and Sriracha hot sauce Cluckin' Hot. There will also be burgers, veggie dishes and fried chicken.
