Description
Located in Birmingham's Grand Central, Pig and Apple's success as a pop-up lead to the opening of their first permanent location. Promising classic, simple food that's packed full of flavour, the restaurant is most recognised for its slow-cooked pork with apple sauce and gravy wrapped in a traditional Yorkshire pudding.
Another signature is the pork and stuffing sandwiches with apple sauce and gravy, which will be served alongside a selection of classic British dishes. For those with a sweet tooth, there is a selection of ice creams available including black coconut flavour served in waffle cones. To quench your thirst, Pig and Apple will serve a selection of British beers and ciders.
