Despite its humble beginnings, Sushi Passion has become one of the best Japanese restaurants in Birmingham. Inside, the venue showcases East Asian decor, with cherry blossom trees and traditional chabudai (short-legged tables), which makes dining here feel like an authentic experience.
Not only do they offer all of your favourite bites, such as salmon sashimi and tuna nigiri, the menu features lots of veggie options, including a mango-carrot maki. Each plate is lovingly made by their expert chefs and presented like a piece of art. Choose from one of their authentic teas, plum wines, international beers or various sakes to wash it down.
