Description
Taking up residence under Temple Street's The Ivy restaurant, The Oyster Club is the second Birmingham restaurant from Michelin-starred chef Adam Stokes. Seafood specialists, the menu boasts classic fish dishes with high-end ambitions, and guests can expect to chow down on fish and chips, prawn cocktail and Teriyaki salmon prepared to absolute perfection.
Oysters are of course the main event here, and the restaurant has been designed by Digbeth's Faber Design to emulate the most classic of oyster bars. Split between a 30-cover restaurant and 24-seater bar area, diners can see their dinner being shucked before their very eyes before they knock back some stunning shellfish with condiments such as Tabasco and the classic mignonette sauce.
