Founded by Kray Treadwell, former head chef of Michelin-starred Man Behind The Curtain and a Great British Menu finalist, The Custard Factory venture is deeply personal, with its name inspired by the weight of Treadwell's prematurely-born daughter. And what a beauty it is. Created with the younger generation in mind, the dinky spot seats only sixteen guests across its two floors and oozes cool. It also boasts an open kitchen and two-seater chef’s table, perfect for special occasions and food fanatics.
