What they say:
Under the watchful eye of former Gordon Ramsay chef Hari Krishnamurthy, Three Church Road has opened in Edgbaston. Set in a Grade-II listed building that was once the home of the Royal School for Deaf Children, the restaurant is spread across a series of drawing rooms and features a mix of modern and old with historic paintings, brightly printed chairs and modern chandelier lights. As well as lunch and dinner, the spot also serves a swanky afternoon tea which has prosecco, cocktail and G&T options.
What we say:
As part of Edgbaston's blossoming foodie scene, Three Church Road is throwing its hat in the ring. And what a hat it is as European and seasonal food is served in beautiful surroundings. The menu is short and sweet with goodies such as pan seared scallops with a black pudding crumb and beef dripping, Atlantic pan roasted stone bass with samphire and squid ink tuile, and slow braised pork belly with celeriac and burnt apple.
