The latest addition to The Arcadian, Rozu is a new concept restaurant bringing a touch of the tropical to the leisure complex. A bar and restaurant in the heart of the arena, you'll find a selection of delicious plates to tuck into, and more than a few crafty concoctions to wash them down with.
While final menus are still being kept under wraps, we can confirm that the food will take inspiration from both Eastern and Western cuisines to create some stunning Asian-fusion dishes. They'll also have a slick list of cocktails and fine wines to get stuck into in their lavish bar area, while the decor throughout will allow you to escape the every day with foliage-decked walls, neon signs and flamingo motifs for the ultimate Instagram interior shot.
