Tempting those with a fondness for tapas with their Japanese plates and fusion style, Nozomi have sealed the Birmingham deal with a brand new restaurant, just shy of Summer Row. From A La Carte Japanese dining to cocktails the likes of their Watermelon Bumbum, Nozomi opens up Birmingham to more Eastern possibilities this 2016 thanks to their cosmopolitan style and far-flung flavours. The restaurant will be intimate, and the covers won't be hefty, but tailored dining is what Nozomi do best.

Birmingham is one of the most multi-cultural cities in the UK, so it was right about time that they added a new Japanese haunt to their hungry roster. Already a name dining face in the heart of London, Nozomi looks to be a step up for Eastern dining in Birmingham thanks to their oh so artsy plates and expertly crafted, cocktail style.
