What they say:
Independent restaurant group, Le Bistrot Pierre, are set to open their 15th venue in spring 2016 on Birmingham's Gas Street. This bistro will be set in a Grade II listed building on the city’s canalside, close to Birmingham's most stylish shopping destination - The Mailbox. The menu here will celebrate all that is great about French cuisine - each dish being made using a mix of artisan provincial ingredients and carefully selected locally sourced ingredients.
What we say:
Birmingham's city centre is set to get its very own fancy French bistro - Le Bistrot Pierre. This elegant eatery will be set in a gorgeous Grade II listed building along the bustling canalside. The interior is expected to be very much in keeping with the area; think charmingly asperous wooden tables to graze at, deep chesterfield sofas to sink into, and a lively and congenial ambience to enjoy. The menu here will be brimming with fab french dishes; think 'Bœuf bourguignon maison', 'Cassoulet d’agneau' and 'Steak-frites'. Naturally, with the French being French, you can expect an exceptional wine list here too - from crisp and fresh whites, to deep and hearty reds.
