Description
Peruvian cooking has landed in Birmingham.
Spearheaded by former head chef and current culinary director of the Michelin-starred Lima, Chakana is a Latin American restaurant in Moseley. Taking over the site which was previously Lloyd's Bank, the unique space is inspired by the symbolic Inca Cross, with interiors lending to its earthy elements; from water-style decor to a sun-themed private dining area.
Working with Digbeth-based designers 2G, Ortiz has created a refined space with the menus to match. Whether you're after ceviche laced with tiger's milk or pachamanca underpinned by Cusco corn and black quinoa, you won't go hungry here.
