Head chef Aaron Darnley has crafted a menu which features the likes of pulled ham hock and sirloin steak, while Darryl Collins (of Bake Off: The Professionals fame) heads up the pastry team, delivering desserts from passionfruit cheesecakes to streusel choux buns.
