Rudy’s has arrived in Birmingham. After launching massively successful ventures in Manchester and Liverpool, these guys are bringing their signature baked pizza to the masses.
Expect a menu of handmade, fresh dough, gooey cheese and mouthwatering toppings with daily specials and vegan options too. Signature bakes include the white-based ancozzese with chilli flakes, smoked mozzarella, and Tuscan sausage, as well as the capricciosa topped with prosciutto cotto, parmesan, kalamata olives, portobello mushrooms and artichoke hearts.
