The Spirit Level

The Spirit-Level serves innovative craft cocktails using seasonal and house-made ingredients. The menu includes a small range of local craft beers and a selection of well-chosen wines, but the cocktails are the star. The drinks change monthly and use high-quality spirits mixed with house-made syrups, unique bitters and vegan foamer. 

They run regular pop-up nights at Tilt Kitchen, as well as corporate events and parties in private homes.  There is always great music and a warm welcome for cocktail lovers from all walks of life. The Spirit-Level can recreate the cocktail bar experience in private homes, tents, offices or almost anywhere you fancy a party,  for groups of 30 to 250. They would make a perfect option for a Christmas party for colleagues, clients and friends.

They will next be popping up at Tilt Kitchen on the 8th of June. They will be serving a menu of cocktails inspired by Prince and a new pintxos menu.
